WARRANTY, REFUND AND POLICY :
Returns & Exchanges :
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Just contact us within 7 days of delivery for return/exchange confirmation.  You will then need to ship the item back to our store within 14 days of delivery.
If your watch arrives damaged, simply return the unused watch in its original unbroken packaging within ten days of receipt for a refund. (Shipping fees not included)
You can cancel your order up until the items have shipped or until we have started your customization (if applicable)
We do not provide return label. Return cost is the buyer cost we do not responsible for the cost of postage or custom cost. Unless the product arrive damage please email us within 7 days after delivery for this. We will provide solution to replace the item.
We charge 10$ usd for all return product, as the proccesing fees. Shipping fees can not be refunded.
Warranty
We guarantee our watches if there is a defect in mechanism, we will put our heads down in shame and repair the timepiece of charge.
for a period of 1 months from the date of purchase with receipt provided. If problems like this might occur, please contact us, and we will replace the defect watch with a new one, free of charge.

When we have the required details and we have confirmed that your watch is covered by our warranty, you will receive an authorization and you can send your watch.

Angie wood watches warranty does not cover.

• Normal wear or damage,Abuse, mechanical damage, alterations, or scratches due to abnormal wear

• The lifespan of the battery

• glass

• Loss or theft

• Damage caused by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, negligence.

• Blows, cuts, cracks, broken links, glass brake, lost of watch, accident, or clasp broken.

• Crack on the wood links, wood watch face we do not guarantee or replace.

Unless it arrive damaged we will replace it to a new watch, let us know within 7 days write us an email we will replace the damage watch with a new one.

• Improper use of the watch

• Damage caused during battery replacement, damage caused by a third party for a repair service, damage caused by the tool used incorrectly in the band adjustment.

• Damage by water we will not guarantee.

Not waterproof VS Splash proof watch 
Most of our wood watches are not waterproof
Some of our watches are Splash proof will state in description if the watch is splash proof if not mention in description that i mean not waterproof, All of splash proof watch we will write splash proof on the description of the item. Please read carefully before you buy ! Damages caused by water are not covered by the warranty.
Splash proof = Normal wear and use can include kitchen activities, a day on the beach, the gym, etc. However, full submergence in water is not recommended both for the integrity of the movement and the wood itself. Excessive moisture exposure can result in a diminished flexibility in the bands wood links. If this occurs, allow the watch to dry for 1 to 2 days to allow the wood links to dry and return to their natural size.
Note that most our wooden watches are not waterproof, do not swim with the watch and remove before bathing/showering.  Any water damage will not be refunded.
Processing custom order
We process all orders within two days.  If some items you ordered are not in stock, we will contact you to confirm the delays.
Customization of items can take an additional 2 days for processing but we do our best to complete each order within 2 days total.
Also note that when we engrave our products, a slight burn smell if normal for a few days.  The smell will wear off over time.
Customized or personalized items are not refundable.

Average delivery time:
CANADA : 2-5 working days.
USA : 5-6 working days.
EUROPE : 6-15+ working days.
ASIA =15-25 working days
OTHERS : 15-30 working days
Canada post shipping/Other shipping provider.
This time is provided by Canada Post frame time delivery any custom delay we do not refund or guarantee the item arrive on time. For rush delivery please contact us before pay so we can arrange it for you so we can satisfy your every need.The buyer is responsible for any customs and taxes.

RETURN  = Buyer responsible for all return shipping cost.
We charge 7$ usd per order to cover our shipping to cost. This will be deducted from your order when we refund you.
